Florya is a clinical screening platform that provides evidence-based health assessments for conditions including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hormonal Imbalances, and Metabolic/Thyroid conditions. Our services include symptom questionnaires, lab result analysis, risk scoring, and physician-ready report generation.
Florya is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses. Our assessments are screening tools designed to support clinical decision-making by qualified healthcare providers.
2. Eligibility
To use Florya, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the service for personal health screening purposes
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide truthful symptom and health information for accurate screening results.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, screening protocols, algorithms, and materials on Florya are the property of Cornet Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Your health data and assessment reports belong to you. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use, download, and share your reports with healthcare providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Florya provides clinical screening tools, not medical diagnoses. We are not liable for:
- Medical decisions made based on our screening results
- Delays in seeking professional medical care
- Accuracy of lab results uploaded by users
- Actions or decisions by healthcare providers
Florya's screening services are provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the service shall be limited to the amount, if any, you have paid to Florya for the services giving rise to the claim.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Florya to:
- Provide medical advice to others based on your screening results
- Misrepresent Florya's assessments as medical diagnoses
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our screening algorithms
- Submit false or misleading health information
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
